Disable folder encryption.

Tweak for : Windows XP, Windows 2003, Windows 2000, Windows Vista
With Encrypting File System (EFS) Windows offers you a possibility to encrypt folders and store data securely. By using this tweak you are able to disable encryption of a folder.

For this open your folder in which you want to disable the encryption feature. Then create text file with name "desktop.ini" (without quotes) in the selected folder. After that write "[Encryption] Disable=1" in the "desktop.ini" and save the file.

However, if you want to get back to the original state and enable encryption, change "desktop.ini" content to "[Encryption] Disable=0".
