The "Send To" option is visible in the context menu.

First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Second, go to the [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\AllFileSystemObjects\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers\] key, right-click and click on "New > Key" to create a new key with the name "Send To".
Third, right-click on the "Default" String value and click on "Modify".
Finally, enter the value "7BA4C740-9E81-11CF-99D3-00AA004AE837" in the text box and click on 'OK'.
