Disable Paging of Kernel

Specifies whether user-mode and kernel-mode drivers and kernel-mode system code can be paged to disk when not in use.

Tweak for : Windows XP, Windows 2003, Windows Vista
Sometimes more physical RAM is required to run an application. This happens because some application must have used more RAM that originally allocated to it and Windows has to move parts of the kernel from physical RAM to virtual RAM on the hard disk. This operation slows down the system also. The kernel is the heart of Windows. This option must always remain on as you may never know about the urgent requirement of RAM.
The enabling of the tweak lets the drivers and the system code move to disk when ever required and the disabling of the tweak lets the drivers and the system code remain in the physical memory.
For this, go to Start > Run, enter “regedit” and navigate to the registry path listed below. You can create a DWORD value “DisablePagingExecutive”, if this value does not exist. Now, right-click and modify the data value to “1” to enable the setting and “0” to disable it.
Click “OK” and close the registry editor.
Restart the system or logoff to see the changes taking effect.
