User Account Control (UAC) feature is disabled.
User Account Control (UAC) feature is enabled by default.
First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type 'regedit'.
Now go to [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System\] and right click on DWORD value 'EnableLUA' and select 'Modify'.
Finally set the value data as '0' to disable the User Account Control and click 'OK'
